Ingredients
- Gordal olives
- Diced pickled herring
- Orange segments and their juice
- Chopped peeled tomatoes
- Chopped sundried tomatoes
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Julienned Spanish onion
- Finely chopped garlic shoots
- Finely chopped chives
